Find Christmas Again!
Let’s face it, last year was a difficult time to celebrate Christmas. The pandemic caused us to change our traditions where we gather together with family, friends, and our church community. This year, Abingdon United Methodist Church wants to help you get back to not only your Christmas traditions but the Advent Story that Christians all over the world celebrate. This year, we will gather as a community to share joy with each other, to serve our neighbors in need, and to grow together as we worship the birth of our Savior, Jesus Christ.

"But the angel said to her, ‘Do not be afraid, Mary, you have found favour with God. You will conceive and give birth to a son, and you are to call him Jesus. He will be great and will be called the Son of the Most High. The Lord God will give him the throne of his father David, and he will reign over Jacob’s descendants for ever; his kingdom will never end.’ "
